Rebecca Marston, founder, has had extensive experience renting and pricing properties, and has sold and managed properties that include single-family homes, multi-family homes, condominiums, commercial spaces, and apartment buildings.

She and the Marston Beacon Hill team have worked with investors and developers through the entire sales cycle of initial analysis and acquisition, to condominium conversion, marketing and sale of units, and the transition from developer to an appointed board of trustees.
